Providing a speakers bureau for public lectures, classroom and assembly talks, book groups, film discussions, local community group meetings, public library or religious group events, cultural fairs, and more.

What are the costs involved in booking a speaker?
Fees vary depending on the individual speaker and event location. In addition to the honorarium, speakers typically require expenses to include roundtrip travel (coach class and sometimes for 2 people), hotel accommodations, meals, and roundtrip ground transportation in city of origin and in event city. Our event staff works with you to coordinate all travel and logistical details for the appearance to make the process easy and hassle-free!

Do you book speakers for international appearances?
Yes, we book speaking engagements and appearances worldwide.

How much are speakers' fees? Are there any additional costs?
Speakers' fees start at $750 and can go up to $5,000, depending on the individual speaker. Longer time commitments like a half-day or full-day program will usually be more expensive than a simple keynote-type speech. Events that take place outside of the continental United States may also be more expensive. When you email us we will quote you fees for specific speakers and help you find a speaker that fits your budget.

I want my speaker to do a book signing, take photos with us, and/or attend a VIP event. Can you arrange that?
Special requests are subject to the speaker's approval, but we will do our best to make sure the speaker accommodates you. It is helpful for us to know about these requests as early as possible, so that we can make any additional time commitments part of the invitation to the speaker.

Can I audio or video tape my speaker's presentation?
It depends on the speaker you choose. Let us know in advance if you would like to tape your speaker's presentation, and we will tell you who does and does not allow taping. Written permission for taping must be obtained prior to the event from both you and the speaker.

I am a speaker. What do I need to do to have you recommend me to your clients?
We are always looking for excellent new speakers. Once you send us your promotional kit, we will contact you after we have reviewed your materials. Your materials must include:
• A demo videotape or a videotape of a professional speech
• Fee schedule
• Contact information
• Biography
• List of topics
• Any other items you would like us to have, such as letters of recommendation, topic outlines, a photograph, etc.
