1. "Jennings Hair"

Possibly from Joe Howard, Boston Globe, c. June 14, 1893:
Mr. Jennings' Pictures.
" 'If I were Andrew J. Jennings, when I had leisure I would sit for some pictures and distribute copies among the artists, that they might at least do me partial justice and give me in the pictures they draw credit at least for what hair I possess,” said one of the newspaper men in court this afternoon. In a number of cases Mr. Jennings has been represented as being bald from the crown of his head to the height of his ears, whereas he is favored with a complete head covering except about the temples, where it is worn a little thin."

Actually, in that pic he looks like he might have a pretty
good bit of hair left, just not on the top. It looks fairly
thick to me -- it just looks like it all blends in with
the black & white.....
Hi Kimberly!
I never realised Jennings could look like that.
And Hannah Reagan didn't look like that! Ha!

Hi Kat!
Have you noticed that her hat looks like a tutu?
Surely she must have known.....
He does seem to be pointing at her hat, doesn't he!?
He's asking her "How dare you wear a tutu on your head to this court!?"
No wonder Mrs. Reagan lost her credibility.
Aside from being from a newspaper, not authenticatd fact, it is also a drawing not a photograph. Could it be from a staff artist miles away in the newspaper office? How accurate are the details of the rest of the courtroom?
