What a statement in paragraph three on page 7 regarding Mr. Jennings statement.
Imo the only thing I saw from the mass of documents is two new witness statements from jennings 2 red leather notebooks
The two witnesses being Stephen Brow and Mrs. P.D . Conant
Regarding a man they saw during and after the murders on second st.
Jennings was apparently concerned that the District attorney
may have reconsidered the case and went after Lizzie Borden as an Accomplice.
