What kind of galls me is I had a similar design concept back in the mid-90s while working with typesetters, font designers, etc. & I was laughed at! The only saving grace is I haven't seen anything quite like my original concept, tho these come close.

I don't know why an homage to the beauty & quality of the past should be termed "technofetishism", but whatever...

Did you check out any of the other computers on the site? Very cool that someone is finally doing this!

Omigawd! Those things are all so gorgeous, truly works of art! Why can't they make things like this from the factory? I remember when I was little my grandparents had those TV/Hi-Fi sets, half TV and half radio/record player. They were still considered pieces of furniture and were made accordingly; beautiful wood cabinet, etc. Thank you for sharing, Tina-Kate, what beautiful items. :grin:
