Was the killer left handed?

Post by snokkums »

There is a show coming on next Tuesday (january8) on the travel chanel. It's called legend hunter at 10:00. Any way they will be looking into the lizzie borden case. But the guy made the statement that the killer was left handed. Any thoughts on this? Has anyone heard anything about this? Don't know about anyone else but I' ll be watching!!

Here is some information on the 'Legend Hunter' and the program regarding Lizzie Borden, that I found interesting:

In the series premiere, (Pat) Spain reopens the infamous Lizzie Borden case to ask whether Lizzie actually committed the gruesome ax murders that took the lives of her father and stepmother. He gains exclusive access to Lizzie’s home, belongings and previously sealed family documents. Conducting a forensic investigation as if the crimes had just been committed, Spain uses psychographic profiling, re-examining the original suspects and the plausibility of their alibis, and reveals a surprising new suspect never before connected to the case.

It should be interesting to find out what surprising new suspect he comes up with for this 126 year old unsolved mystery!

I was just about to post this! I'm certain it is on the forum somewhere, but do we know definitively if Lizzie was right or left handed?

As far as I know, it has not been determined if Lizzie was right or left handed.

LABR, have you read the link I provided above, and the two links to the other threads that I posted within that link?

I did a quick skim while multitasking, Twins. Thanks! I also got sucked down a rabbit hole with the new posts on fb warps and wefts. Have you seen it, Twins? I just started a new topic for it. Plus, I do believe I read in one of the links or forum convo that Andrew's face was facing / slanted toward the windows? That would make for all the wounds being on that side of the face regardless of right or left handed.
