Lizzie turns 148 on July 19 -- Saturday. (It's not quite midnight here, but close enough.) So have some cake in honor of our Lizzie.

Are there any plans to celebrate her sesquicentennial in style? We've got two years to plan.

Yup Happy B-day to Lizzie. I forgot to get her a present. I should ask her what she would like. Maybe a new axe? Chopping block?

A card signed from fans who believe Lizzie innocent arrived at the house and is on her dresser in her room along with a gorgeous bouquet of pink blossoms from a secret admirer- this is now an annual tradition. They look great in her bedroom! Last year there was cake and ice cream at the grave, am not sure if that happened today as I left early. I wonder what she would make of all of these?
