That about sums it up. I love 'em both, but prefer to have dogs. :peanut20:

Great thread Harry! It's dogs for me. This is my Ruby. She got hit by a car last Thanksgiving and her front leg had too much nerve damage so it had to be amputated. She has no clue she only has 3 legs!

Yes, animals, especially dogs, do quite well on 3 legs. Animals truly live in the present. What is, is, to them.

My cat, Blackie, lost her sight in one eye and has limited vision in the other but she gets around very well with only an occasional bump into something. Obviously she's not as active as she used to be but then again she'll be 15 in June.
