I'm going to be reading every single word of this one. Tina-Kate, your cartoons are so cool! Kat's 'Frame by Frame' of the cellar is gonna be a good one. It's neat to have the agenda for the 'Proceedings'. Maybe it can give us some ideas on how to do our own some day. The issue is gorgeous. I can't wait to dig in.

It is wonderful as usual.

I save all the issues on my computer. I print certain acticles....

I have all of Kat's "frame by frame" series printed and filed.

How did I live without The Hatchet?

So great to be able to read Stef's talk on theatrical representations of the Borden crimes, and I was touched to be publicly thanked for my help (it's what I'm here for!).

I enjoyed the interview with Sharon Pollock, though I still wonder at her exclusion of any particular text, and I'm thinking A Private Disgrace, when she mentions what inspired her. Wait - change that to "deeply distrustful." I followed the progress of Blood Relations when it played at the Hudson (Guild) Theater, and I know I saw the esteemed Kathleen Chalfant in it, but I was unaware that Dana Ivey ever took over any of the roles. I'm going to do some checking on this and I will get back to you all on this.

To put it succinctly, although I love that play, I think the playwright is full of fish-paste.

I just loved Kat's 'Frame by Frame' on the cellar in this issue. It was great.

Mary N's Xmas story on Hilliard and Andrew's ghost was good, too. Different and entertaining!

I enjoyed Stef's article on Lizzie & the Theatre/Drama, even tho I was at her lecture in October. I thought her interview with Sharon Pollock was very good. I didn't know beans about Ms. Pollock before. I always wanted to see "Blood Relations" but have not so far. I had no idea of her background - or how popular "Blood Relations" was. I gotta get me a copy of that script.

I hope Tina-Kate does more of her delightful cartoons! I'm not done reading the issue yet. The rest looks good, too. It's just a wonderful issue of a wonderful magazine!
