The Devil's Rooming House

Has anyone read The Devil's Rooming House: the true story of America's deadliest female serial killer by M. William Phelps? The female, Amy Archer-Gilligan was accused of killing at least 5 people by poison (but the number was upwards of 40ish) in about 4-5 years. I'm finding it a fascinating read. 
I won't give away the ending as I'm not 100% sure how it ends. Oh, and it's taking place in Connecticut in 1911.
