A Happy Announcement

Since I can't tell most of my friends and extended family until next week, (I'm friends with one of you on FB so please keep it here until I can announce it there) I can tell my fellow arm chair detectives: hubby and I are expecting a girl in April.

We're happy and even though I've had plenty of experience with kids, I'm still scared to death. I warrant I'll get over that soon enough.

Congratulations, Mystery!!!

I am so happy for you and your husband. I always wanted a little girl. If you and I lived closer together, I'd be pleased as punch to baby sit for you!

Thank you!

We're getting excited.
Twins, come on down- I can use all the help I can get.
Sorry I haven't posted earlier as this week has been hectic- father-in-law had heart attack while at the hospital but is doing much better.

Mystery, I am so sorry to hear about your father-in-law's heart attack!

I hope he is OK.
Ohhh, it is so tempting! Just think, If I did get down to GA, then I'd have the pleasure of meeting you, your family, and get to help out with taking care of a newborn!!!

He's doing much better! He gets a second splint tomorrow morning, if all goes well.
Sure, come on down! It's a milder winter than what you've got!!

Thank goodness, he is doing better. I pray every thing goes well for him tomorrow.
Good point you've made, regarding the winter weather. Who knows, I just may show up on your door step yet!
