Hi everyone. I don't know if this is the right place to post this, if not, I apoligize.
Does anyone know exactly who was in the parlor with Lizzie when Mayor Coughlin informed her that she was a suspect? Obviously Emma was. But what about Uncle John, Alice, Bridget ect?

Taking away from Coughlin's testimony to authorities one is left to believe that the meeting held in the parlor was expressively for family members or those residing at the house at the time of the murders. This was Lizzie, Emma, and Morse. (Also in the room was Hillyard.)
Alice was somewhere on the property since she was staying at 92 at the time. If I'm not mistaken, Mrs. Marianna Holmes was also there that day. Bridget had left and who could blame her.
But in the parlor for the meeting it was just the three family members and the two officials.

Thanks so much, mbhenty!
I get lost on the little bits missing around the basic info like that. That was another thing I've been confused about. If I'm not mistaken, Bridget left that 1st night... but then Tuesday morning she's back at the house going into a panic right before the inquest. When did she return? Or was she only returning to cook meals?

Yes:
Thanks LABRhush:
After the murders, and that Thursday the 4th, Bridget left the house. She came back Friday morning but left that night and returning after the weekend on Monday. Shortly after that Lizzie was made aware that she was a suspect. Then the inquests were issued. So it appears that after Monday Bridget was done with the Borden household and had not slept there again.

Yes thanks for that information. I was confused about Bridget's actual departure from the house, and couldn't keep information straight about her comings and goings.
