Is there any reason why Andrew Borden could not have killed his wife ?

I have been away from the timelines so I believe she was killed at 930 and he left for downtown at 9 or 915. But then again these times vary as the means for knowing exact death wasn't there yet. Is it possible that Andrew was angry that Abbie for going to Dr. B and spent his money doing so, set Mr. B off ?
He was a tall man and could have easily killed Abbie. And as we all know from the pidgeon head fiasco he was violent and cruel.
Mr. Borden telling Abbie - that she is not going to use his money for this doctor visit -
Abbie - was a nice person and Andrew Borden wasn't. I believe Abby Borden hand just as many friends and Andrew had enemies.
