Not sure what you specifically mean by 'case file', but a copy of the witness statements to the police are in the primary sources section of the Virtual library. The autopsy reports are covered in the trial testimony of Dr. Dolan. There are book which are key to having access to source document....they include the Knowlton Papers (copies of the prosecutions papers on the case) and Jennings Journals (copy of the defense attorney's papers on the case). I'm just not sure how you view those books without purchasing and they are not cheap.

Here is the link to the Source documents (or might be referred to as “case file” I suppose?)
As camgarsky mentioned here is Trial of Lizzie Borden Pt 1 & 2 (it’s a download):
On the witness list Dr Dolan (for autopsy?) is at the end of Pt 1, and it says he’s continued/recalled in Pt 2.

I didn’t find the autopsy in the trial…
I know it’s in the Knowlton Papers

Yes, autopsy reports are in the reference work published by the FRHS:
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
vs.
Lizzie A. Borden
The Knowlton Papers, 1892-1893
Published By The Fall River Historical Society
Fall River, MA 1994
Editors Martins & Binette

Thanks Kat! I didn't have a 'editable' version of the autopsy report....makes it easier to read (at least for me) and I don't mess with the spine of Knowlton.
