I can't believe this site is still accessible, from UMASS.edu, 1999.
You might want to take a look before its gone...
I do note that the Fourth St property transaction is not included.

It’s gone now, but I wrote them an email and asked if they were going to revive the content of land transactions. Will let you know! Not everybody can go to Taunton to get that stuff!
