As I was talking to Harry today I brought up whether the jury box had been on the left or right and he looked at the picture from the Boston Globe, of June 20th, 1893 to show me the jury was on the right after all. I had read differently, somewhere, and am obviously mistaken, and this picture is proof. Also, she started out in that enclosed *pew-like* seat, but pretty soon was allowed to sit in the other level within the lawyers and court officials section of the court in a chair there with her attorneys.
Also, the original bar the witnesses held on to when they stood to give evidence- a piece of that is at the FRHS.
