A website with Lizzie things
Hi all,
morbidcuriosities.com is a website which has some cute Lizzie things you can order. I have one of 'Miss Lizzie's Finishing School' t-shirts, a key chain, and a 'Free Lizzie' button. The website owner, Maryellen, made t-shirts/things for the Lizzie Borden musical held in Stoneham, Mass. I have had great fun ordering Lizzie things from this website. Just thought I'd pass this on.

Has anyone checked out "the 92 second street store"? It has 92 second street store mug or mousepad, you click on that then go to 92 second street store. They have a mug of the borden house, a mousepad, a mug of Lizzie, and a Lizzie t- shirt that says "I am innocent. I leave it to my council to speak for me".

Fargo,
Do you have a link or url for that site ? Sounds interesting. Stef's CafePress and LABVML 'gift shop' websites are highly recommended as well !

It's not the gift shop at the B and B. I don't know how to copy links yet. It is a cafepress store. I went to yahoo, then typed in "the 92 second street store". It showed up on two headings, one saying the 92 second street store "mousepad" and one saying the 92 second street store "mug". If you click on either of these and then click on 92 second street store itself you get all of the items. I found it before by going to the Lizzie Borden Quarterly homepage and then to merchandise but it is not on there anymore.

He seems to have a spattering of the usual Lizzie info. The link to his 'Borden forum' leads to more links about looking for love in all the goth places...and what to wear when you do find your true goth love. Not my cup of tea...but to each his own.

I helped run this website when it was still active--I was "misslizzie32@aol.com" and moderated the message board and chats there. I'm not sure why he chose to place the site among a goth/bondage type of webring but I guess he figured it would reach more casual browsers that way. It's not our cup of tea, either!
Eric and I no longer maintain the site, but if anyone is interested in the radio plays CD, production rights for the play script or anything else you might see of interest on our page, please PM me and I'll help you out if I can.

I don't know him, but you used to be able to access that from the Lizzie Borden Quarterly home page as well. How did you find it, I didn't see it on there? The picture of the Lady in the parlor used to get bigger if you clicked on it. When it did you could see that she looks like the actress that played Lizzie in the "case re-opened with Ed Mcbain" documentary

Any of the photos that are on that site that aren't the "real" Borden family or colorized/modified versions of the pictures we're all used to seeing by now are photos taken from "The Testimony of Lizzie Borden," the play written and directed by Eric and staged in 1994. The site that houses that and his other scripts for sale is currently being redone and should be open again sometime this summer. As I said though, if anyone has any questions or would like more information about it, I'd be glad to help you out with that.
Our board was set up, like this one, as a "sane, reasonable, and objective" alternative to the board that Eric and I (as well as Kat, Stefani, and Edisto--and yes, unfortunately, Faye as well) used to post on. It never really got off the ground. We got a handful of the regular posters from there who came over and signed up, some of whom have come to this forum, but the vast majority of the discussions continued on the board we had left to create our own.
I did have some very nice chat sessions. Every thursday we would have an open Lizzie chat, which I moderated as MissLizzie, and we had several interesting discussions in that setting. I even had a few Guest Chats, one featuring Maynard Bertolet, editor of the LB Quarterly.
I didn't get many "serious" emails from people. I got a lot of "Hey kewl site" and "You guys are freaks", junk mail like that. Some were serious inquiries about the case or about the items we had for sale, some questioning whether we were affiliated with the B&B, etc etc. Nothing of particular interest (that email is no longer active either, btw).

There was a TILBA homepage- is that what you mean?
I never chatted there. I was at dark-rose and then Stefani and I moved to Arborwood, then here.
Are you referring to Eric Stedman?
If so, Tracy, he wrote a play and was active on dark-rose. His radio plays C-D is pretty cool- it's a collection from the past.

Michelle, does this mean that you helped run a website and moderated a message board when you were still a teen? Wow! That is quite an accomplishment---kudos.msmith625 @ Mon Jul 04, 2005 9:18 pm wrote:I helped run this website when it was still active--I was "misslizzie32@aol.com" and moderated the message board and chats there. A while back I found a kultureshock website that had a lizzie borden drinking glass on it. I asked and they said that they were no longer available and that they were going to remove it from the website. They said that the glasses were made by mezco. I e-mailed mezco about them but got no response. The glass had a etched picture of lizzie looking pretty wild.

Here's the link:

It's from the "Living Dead Doll Series" Lizzie is a Series II Doll. As far as I can tell it is an active site.
Here's a link that shows the side Harry posted plus the other side:

Here's the "rest" of what they have as well:
