For What It's Worth

Question: What Is 'Trolling'?

Answer: Internet 'trolling' is the anti-social act of causing of interpersonal conflict and shock-value controversy online. Named for the wicked troll creatures of children's tales, trolling is purposely sowing hatred, bigotry, racism, misogyny, or just simple bickering between others. Trolls themselves are emotionally-immature users who thrive in any environment where they are allowed to make public comments, like blog sites, news sites, discussion forums, and game chat.

I have seen this happen on other forums, and hate to think it could happen here

I remember to have read in our forum a thread in which the author said to have consulted a diviner, this later told him / her (?) many interesting details about the case. This thread had many replies. But the author never posted again (except another post under the same thread). I didn't check out the name of the author because my post is not directed to him / her in person, but to the fact itself.

I am not sure if this could be considered as a throlling, but I have impression that it seemed to me as a joke.
